A well-located, clean and modern hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Amenities worked. Blackout roller blind on window enabled a fully dark room for better sleep.

Smoke detector operating indicator was a very bright led flash which lit up the room at night. Needs to be dimmable.

Alexis is a top-notch professional with her expertise, helpfulness and empathy. Rooms were beautiful, spacious and functional. This hotel really knows what home away from home looks like! Parking and location = excellent ! Breakfast was excellent.. delicious and perfect assortment of options. Orange juice tasted fresh! Spinach pastries OMG!

It was hard to get the food out of the stacked trays with the long tongs. Maybe rethink that breakfast setup. I could not see the food on the lower trays so hard to grab what you cant see. The bed in my room 210 was hard as a rock. Definitely need thick comfy mattress topper or a pillow top mattress.

The room was a great size. The room and eating area were very clean. The breakfast was nice with good choices.

The morning desk attendant was not friendly. The carpet in the hall needed to be cleaned. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.
