breakfast was below average

The receptionist was a little rude, making sure we knew we would not get points for staying there since we booked through a third party. I already knew that but she had to point it out twice, treating us like interlopers. The dishwasher in the room had dishes in it, there was not conditioner in the bottle in the shower and the metal insert was missing out of the door to the bathroom. The breakfast was lacking.

Hotel was clean and fine. Pool was out of service along with a main elevator (pool was the reason we chose this hotel so we were pretty sad about this). The gym was small and seemed unused and the outdoor fire pit was not working or covered or private. A bit misleading given its location.

Very nice property. Would definitely book it again.

Lovely staff at check in. Very large and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very basic, not the best. Would recommend and happily come back. 9/10, only reason for not 10/10 was breakfast.
