La atención y el trato del personal fue impecable. El bufé del desayuno estuvo muy bien. La ubicación en una zona muy buena de Bocagrande, cerca de las playas la zona en las que se podía estar tranquilo y sin acoso. Buena disponibilidad pde taxis desde el hotel para desplazamientos al centro histórico. El apoyo cuando terminas la estancia y dejas la habitación, soporte de consigna y ducha.

Por mencionar algo, la habitación carecía de mesa o soporte adecuado para usar el portátil si lo precisabas.

El hotel es completo! La atención del personal, el tamaño de las habitaciones, el desayuno buffet, te prestan toalla para las playas y está ubicado cerca a restaurantes y supermercados. Me volvería a quedar en el hotel nuevamente.
