Excellent in customer service, from management to the housekeepers everyone was very welcoming, warm and extremely hospitable.

It was a little noisy with room above having active children late, otherwise a good stay.

I stayed for 5 days and whether it was the morning or evening, front desk staff were so kind, helpful, and professional.

I was visiting for a wedding stay was awesome I just wished that the hotel had a microwave I had to throw out food because ai was unable to warm it up overall stay was perfect

Great location! The staff was awesome and the facility was super clean.

This was a quit ride through with the family so I wasnt expecting too much of luxury but what I got was a warm welcome, a clean room and a great stay.

Could have been a little more clean

First, the positive: Madison and Jecoby were excellent staff members. What needs to be fixed: The wallpaper in the bathroom needed to be washed, the corner of the shower either soap scum or glue needed to be removed. The arms of the desk chair were quite soiled. Definitely request a room on the front of the hotel as there was a great deal of road noise in our room on the back. Overall, the hotel just seemed a bit tired.

Room was dirty. Stained sheets, and the Texas Roadhouse next door sucked
