Hotel overall is nice. The customer service experience was indeed not a great display of this hotel. Upon arrival on Thursday, we checked in with Gabby, she was amazing. Beautiful spirit and great energy. We checked in a few hours before check in time and she made sure to get us into rooms. It was busy the phones was ringing off the hook many people were coming in because we were here for football and she multitasked and handled it with a smile. Around 4 o’clock, we came back down. I was looking for her, but she was gone and the desk agent that was there. Jacoby was not pleasant At at all his whole demeanor was like he was frustrated and that he didn’t want to be there he made it very uncomfortable in such a vibrant space. We were having connectivity issues with the Wi-Fi and we were asking questions and he said I can’t help you with that. The entire evening was unpleasant. I avoided having any contact with the desk due to not wanting conflict.On Saturday I was so delighted to see Gabby‘s face. She asked how to stay was and I did tell her how I felt. She was very apologetic and assured that the hotel staff will make the best of the rest of outstay. Sunday morning upon checking out she was there again and it was just so good to see someone work and be happy doing it. She made sure we had everything we needed to get on the road and wished us safe travels. I told her next time we’re back in Alabama I will call to make sure she’s here. She said I’ll be here with a smile. The breakfast was good pool area was nice and the rooms were cozy.

The cleanliness and location.

My television didn't work. Kids who had the room before me had disconnected the TV from the HDMI because they were playing video games. An employee connected the TV to the HDMI. I had no sound on my TV during my stay. The desk light with 2 bulbs over my desk did not work. My desk area was dark during my stay. The wifi did work.

We absolutely LOVE this hotel!!! It’s our favorite!!! The shampoo, conditioner and all body products are amazing!!!

Hotel personnel were most professional and courteous. Very friendly. The breakfast was really good. Great coffee.
