Faucet water was hot, no cold water.

Bed was comfortable and lounge area had good coffee.

UNRESPONSIVE staff and manager. I left hanging on a hook in the bathroom two fairly expensive outfits. I called five hours after I left the hotel to report the missing items. I called REPEATEDLY, asking the front desk person to check the room for my belongings and he refused to do so, because there (supposedly) was someone in the room. Apparently, no housekeeping staff work on Sunday- because eventually he told me he would call me on Monday, when he could ask Housekeeping about the missing items. Each time I called, I asked for a return call after the desk clerk checked the room, but never received any call back On Monday, when I called the desk, again, I was told there was nothing turned in by anyone . Housekeeping found nothing. I asked to speak to the manager, but - of course, she was in an all day meeting - and all I could do was leave a message. Eventually, a relative of mine that lived nearby physically stopped by to talk to the manager and all she said was that I should check my car!! I know leaving the items there was my fault. However, no member of the staff or even the manager had the courtesy to call me back promptly- after checking the room - to give me any update on my left items. Since I called only five hours after checking out, those items SHOULD have been taken by housekeeping- or- shoukd have still been in that room! But NO ONE would knock on the door of that room or check it, even though each time I called that night, I was told it would be checked. If the desk clerk would have checked that room and CALLED ME BACK after checking just once in those two days I was looking for this clothing, I would simply have said “my fault!” However, the reason for the lowest rating possible is that NO ONE - including the manager with whom I left a message - returned my call or, even, checked that room! Seriously understaffed - only a desk clerk and VERY UNHELPFUL!!’

We always check for bedbugs upon arrival, and while looking, we found a lot of crumbs underneath the bed and yellow stains on the mattress. We brought these concerns to the staff, and they agreed to address the issues, but unfortunately, the cleaning was never done. Very disappointing experience.

Compact, fairly clean. Not much else. Coffee in lobby was good.

The staff was non existent - only a single person working at front desk. Refused to check quickly the day I left for some expensive clothing items I left. (My husband could not see my hanging dresses when clearing the room because some poorly placed clothing posts/ hooks were tucked behind the bathroom door when open.) Front desk person promised several times to call me back over the next two days with the results of a search of the room and never called me back. As a result, when someone supposedly finally claimed they checked the room the next day, of course - nothing was found. Left manager a message to call me about this. Still waiting for her call. Had to get a relative to physically talk to someone at the hotel. Just no service at all. Squeezable shampoo bottles were empty . Very poorly staffed, fridge is minuscule, bed was very hard. Just every corner you can cut - no staff, no call backs, one person working breakfast for a supposedly full hotel- were CUT ! I know my loss of my clothing is ultimately my fault- but this staff kept promising to check into it and call me back and NEVER DID. Each time I CALLED THE FRONT DESK I was told he was too busy and would check within the next few hours; only to never get a call back. Even from manager. Take your stay at Hershey elsewhere!
