Everything. Especially the staff! So professional and welcoming. Beautiful architecture, so well-thought out and fantastic in every way. The staff went above and beyond; we adored our front staff member Chi. Will come back!

Absolutely the best hotel I stayed so far, beautiful, tasteful and luxurious decor, understated Kyoto elegance. We enjoyed the Best possible Japanese breakfast with freshest ingredients, Top quality local Kyoto amenities and attentiveness of every staff member.

彼女の誕生日旅行、またプロポーズの場所として宿泊させて頂きました。 当日レストランは、予約で埋まっていたので部屋にケーキと花束を用意してもらいました。 外に食事に出ていたので、チェックインが遅い時間になってしまいましたが、遅い時間帯にも関わらず、スムーズな対応をして頂き思い出に残る旅行となりました。 お部屋の雰囲気もとても良く、また旅行に行く機会があったら是非宿泊させて頂きたいです。
