Bukit Senaru Homestay

Lovely garden, in easy walking distance of waterfalls. Staff very nice, always ready to make tea or pick a papaya from the garden. The owner Bembem also organised our Rinjani hike, which all went very smoothly, however I found by asking other hikers that we paid well over market rate. I would wait to book the hike from Senaru and compare prices, don’t believe it when you are told the tickets will run out if you don’t book immediately.

It’s a budget stay, so don’t expect fancy. Cold shower, bedding on double bed not big enough to cover two people, old towels, generally a bit run down.

Quite place in Senaru, perfect for starting the Rinjani hike. The staff was really nice, cooking good dinner and early breakfast

Friendly staff. Its very basic but Low cost and near Rinjani Dawn Adventures. Staff Will help you, brought some tea and help you with your questions. Beautiful garden!

Only cold shower, no water-pressure with the warm water. Owner was a little forward, trying to make us switch our booked tour to one of his own.

Very fair price for good room and nice breakfast and snack. Warm welcome with nice advice from the owners. Location is perfect for waterfall and rinjani.

Great location and friendly staff. We only booked the room for somewhere to store our luggage while we went to the waterfalls so I can't comment on the stay or facilities but the staff were friendly and even arranged to take us to our next accommodation.

Really nice staff, super friendly and offered us tea and coffee, felt welcomed. They gave us a candle when there was a power cut. Very nice! Beautiful garden. Very cheap room and they got us a free upgrade.

Unfortunately the bed smelled terrible and the sheets were not clean. So it felt really bad sleeping there. Everything is very old.
