Hotel Partana

Great location and customer service. Very clean and well equipped.

El hotel esta bien, buenos baños pero el hotel se quedo sin agua, no había agua para el lavabo, regaderas ni WC. El hotel NO tiene restaurante ni nada que ver con el, no te ayudan con reservaciones y el staff deja mucho que desear. La habitación es chica y se escucha absolutamente todo lo que pasa en la habitación de al lado. Tienen un check in que esta abierto unas horas al día solamente, si tienes un problema, buena suerte resolviéndolo solo.

El lugar está hermoso y súper ubicado, las habitaciones lindas, de buen tamaño, cómodas y con una vista envidiable. El staff atento pero podrían ser mucho mejores hosts. Los huéspedes deben arrastrar su maleta por terracería hasta la habitación que les toca y solamente están disponibles de 8 a 8 “esperando que no se ofrezca nada después”

the hotel itself is beautiful. unfortunately, I didn't receive the email they said was sent out to check in by 8pm. Which if that was in the booking information I would have never booked considering dinner starts at 4-5pm and most reservations are 4-8 course meals which mean we would be in the middle of dinner. thats exactly what happened I was notified by phone that I had to immidiatly go and pick up my room key which ment leaving the middle of an expensive dinner paying for it and running towards the hotel. It was a waste of money, time and gas The hotel is very hard to get a hold of prior to booking I had questions to make reservation in nearby areas no one ever got back to me I tried in email, phone and social media once we checked in and got settled in the bathroom toilet did not work reception was gone and no one was answering the phone which meant we had no toilet that night and couldnt shower because the gross smell coming out of the water pipes. finally around 930 am the next day...we called back to back and finally got someone on the phone but couldnt get anyone to fix the problem before we left. Agian, we have visted valle a few time and always looked forward to the amazing hotels they had to offer Partana is for sure our biggest disapointment which is aweful since it had the best views and space ... however, worst service clouded all the great potential. Again, 24hr reception is needed at a place like this.

Nice clean rooms with many amenities and within walking distance to three restaurants in the same complex.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and modern. BUT there was no hot water and the staff leaves at 8pm. So there was no one to help. And when we told them the next day the front desk woman was extremely rude.

The location on the property of Finca Altozano was convenient and not too far off the highway for relatively easy access day and night. It was nicely designed and felt very safe. And we enjoyed the rooftop seating and vistas of the Valle. We weren't thrilled with the many barking dogs throughout the night and the thin wall between the two rooms--could hear snoring right through the walls.

Room is very pretty and comfortable, views are beautiful !!!

Everything was perfect!

Excellent option, The best place we stayed in or 7 day stay in Valle de Guadalupe. Highly recommended.
