ATFreundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Poolblick und es war sehr angenehm. Auch die Möglichkeit, dass wir nach dem Check Out den Pool noch benutzen durften war sehr freundlich. Auch an der vorhandenen Poolbar gibt es jede Menge gute und preiswerte Getränke. Auch eine Tiefgarage ist vorhanden, welche wir jedoch nicht nutzten. Auch dass es zwei getrennte Klimaanlagen im Zimmer gab, fanden wir sehr von Vorteil.

GBGBIEOporto Maison Anselmo was the highlight of our stay. The accommodation is clean, modern and very comfortable. The rooms felt spacious and very functional. The breakfast was tasty and very fresh. The pool area was clean and private. We loved spending time outside there. The communication was top class. Every request we had was met with the best customer service. Ana at reception deserves a special mention for making us feel welcome and taking the time to help us plan our time in Porto.

Not enough storage space, for your clothes in the bedroom. No bedside table or lamp, so could not see when getting into bed.
