GBExcellent location for us, not too central, but walkable into centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable outlook over back garden and pool area.
There is nothing negative.
GBThis hotel is really lovely from the decor to how clean it is. Reception lady was so kind and helpful, always smiling. Rooms were great with everything you need, comfortable beds and all kitchen utensils.
Would have liked daily cleaning and it was quite late when they did come but i think you can request daily.
GBBefore we discovered bed bugs, the apartment looked bright and inviting, we were looking forward to our stay.
We unfortunately had to leave our original accommodation after discovering multiple bed bugs in and around our baby’s cot area, including on the curtains beside the cot. We provided photographic evidence and were relocated to a different property. While we appreciated being moved, the experience was extremely stressful, particularly as we were travelling with a baby. Booking.com subsequently provided compensation following our complaint. I am leaving this review so that other travellers, especially families with young children, can make an informed decision.

DEDer Garten inklusive des Pools, die Wohnung war auch schön, vor allem auch der Balkon mit Gartenblick. Der Herr, der uns empfing, war nicht gerade einladend und freundlich, schade eigentlich... Dafür war die Poolbarbesetzung super lieb :)
Unser Fenster im Schlafzimmer war leider kaputt, worüber wir im Vorhinein gern informiert gewesen wären. Die Lage war an sich ganz gut, leider sehr viele Hunde in der Nachbarschaft (laut und die Straße ziemlich dreckig).
