Uwu Villas

It was very spacious with everything you needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Needed some minor maintenance, a few cracked tiles and couple of tiles missing from pool. Deck needed restaining and a couple of planks needed replacing.

The location was great, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beach is near too, a bike ride away. Decent place to stay - late check in is possible but need to ensure you update the staff. A water dispenser is provided and stable internet - which were a plus.

Staff were non-accommodating—when we asked about breakfast at check-in, the first response was that they’re on leave tomorrow, so it would be hard to arrange. After 3pm, staff are off-site, so getting help is difficult, with WhatsApp being the only option, which can be delayed. If you plan to store luggage after checkout for a late flight, this place isn’t ideal—you must collect your bags by 3pm as the staff needs to leave. The washroom leaked during rain, even in areas meant to be covered. Also, the narrow street makes it hard for cars to turn; drivers must reverse from the villa to the street. For Grab, it’s better to walk out to avoid inconveniencing the driver.
