Very bad experience. The hostel had very poor hygiene conditions, and during my stay I developed a skin rash that required medical attention. At the hospital, I was told it could be related to the establishment’s hygiene. My leg was very itchy and painful, and I had to spend money on medication. When I complained, the owner was rude and aggressive and denied any responsibility. Additionally, maintenance staff entered a women’s room while women were changing, which is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this hostel.

Experiência muito ruim. O hostel tinha condições de higiene muito ruins e, durante a minha estadia, tive uma erupção cutânea que precisou de atendimento médico. No hospital, me disseram que poderia estar relacionada à higiene do estabelecimento. Minha perna coçava muito, doía e tive que gastar dinheiro com medicamentos. Quando reclamei, o dono foi mal-educado e agressivo e não assumiu nenhuma responsabilidade. Além disso, funcionários de manutenção entraram em um quarto feminino enquanto mulheres estavam se trocando, o que é completamente inaceitável. Não recomendo este hostel.

My experience at this hostel was bad. I stayed for several weeks, and during my stay I developed a rash on my leg with a lot of itching and pain. I had to go to a health center, where I was given medication for mites and insect bites. The symptoms started while I was staying there. When I complained, they did not take responsibility and said it could have been from another hostel, which is not correct since I spent most of my time here. There were also privacy issues. On more than one occasion, male staff entered the women’s rooms without proper notice. One day, a maintenance worker came in while we were changing. The overall attitude was not good either. The owner, Rafael, never greeted guests. I do not recommend this hostel.
