Great location good size room. Friendly staff.

The location was great right in the heart of Ubud, lots of shops and markets close by. Staff was lovely and had breakfast included, and I would recommend it, especially for best value

Bathroom was bit old with out mirror, rooms bit dark and water doesn't get very hot in the shower but great value for money overall

- super friendly and helpful staff - very accommodating - clean & comfortable - central ( close to the palace & temples 5-7 min walking), walking distance from Ubud market - aprox. 5 min - very nice pool ( they absolutely clean it and it looks green only because the tiles inside are of this colour) - Kadek is very helpful and made out 3 weeks here great -breakfast is tasty and good value for money - you can't hear the noise if the street

Good location with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy walking distance from monkey forest. Spacious room, with a comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Unfortunately the facilities need a lot of attention. Everything is very much run down and in need of repairs. A lot of rust in the sink and shower as well as limescale build up. Also not very clean. It feels like they just clean the basic with no attention to detail, so lots of dust and cobwebs in places. There is a school right next door and it can be noisy quite early in the morning. There was meant to be breakfast available but when I asked I was told no breakfast.

Lovely pool and terrace with rooms. Aircon works well and beds are very comfy. Also larger rooms which is a bonus. Great location can easily walk to main areas.

Breakfast was average. Eggs weren’t great. Feel as thought it might be a little too expensive but we did book aircon and breakfast so could have done cheaper

Staff were amazing. Place was spotless a great location and loved the company of the monkeys in the mornings. Would highly recommend a stay here. 🙏
