Indraprastha 2 Bungalow

A beautiful big and airy room with a private balcony and a communal swimming g-pool. The house is on a quiet back street, so away from the noise of traffic. It is near all amenities. The family are very helpful and gracious.

It was difficult to communicate in English to the family --- apart from one person. The bathroom was old and in need to freshening-up. There were no hangers left out for clothes, though there were cupboards. The desk lamp was not working. Only one loo roll was left. There should gave been a few rolls left out. The ceiling fan was not very effective, mainly because the ceiling itself was very high.

I live the property i think they can do a little improving in some of the rooms.

I loved the location and the people were really lovely. little hard to communicate with each other but that wasn't too hard. the pool was amazing and I felt very comfortable in the rooms.

the drain was blocked so the whole bathroom flooded after 2 minute in the shower. the wifi doesn't work at all when you're in the room so had to use my data on my phone.

The pool! It was definitely a great place to float and cool down at the end of each day. Not many guests used it, and I think this may have been influenced by the unfortunate choice of tile colour - it does have a look of green to it. But I swam in it using goggles - definitely clean. The staff are also motivated and always cleaning, keeping the gardens, balconies and walkways as clean as possible. They’re super friendly and kind. The breakfasts they make are tasty (although you’ve got basically two choices - an egg dish in various disguises or a banana pancake). The aircon works, and the large bed was super comfy. Whilst everything was clean and worked in our room, it was looking a little dated and unloved. Wifi was good when not many people were connected to it… but never dropped out.

Our only complaint was the lake of continual investment into the property. It looks like 10 years ago the bungalows would have been majestic. Now they’re starting to lose some of there luster almost like the owners no longer care. But the staff are great!!! Because of this, it’s potentially a little over priced now, with a lot of newer accommodation for less money.

Location was great! Good shower. Basic but big room. Everything you need for a great stay in Ubud!

Good location , on the main strip where all the restaurants and bars are. The room was alright, pretty basic

Definitely doesn’t look like the pictures! We originally booked here for 4 nights over Christmas, but only stayed for 1. There are much nicer hotels in the area.

The pool was loved by our family. It had a good shallow area and big deeper area.

We thought all the rooms were air conditioned. Turns out the one we had booked weren't so it was very hot both during the day and at night with the fan only. The fan would through dust around. Our bathroom sink was leaking a lot. We were there for 3 weeks and wasn't fixed. However this is a common plumbing issue in Bali.

Perfect location, everything you need.

I would have appreciated blackout curtains. The room was pretty light the moment the sun came up. A tiny bit of shade on the pool would be great too.
