"Lovely stay in Chiang Mai"

The hostel is in the perfect location, it’s really easy to get around the city and there loads of nice restaurants, etc near by. The host was lovely and helped us with a later check in due to our flight. The room was clean and comfy with great air conditioning and would recommend staying here.

"Average, perhaps we didn't get a good room"

Great location, friendly staff

* Shower drain didn't really work and just flooded the room if shower was longer than 2 mins * Noise from the cafe was quite loud * People on the staircase could see into our room which made it feel quite public

Staff were lovely and gave us our refund when we requested it.

Bedbugs in our beds. Couldn’t do anything until 8am when the staff came back.

There was a shower in y room and a comfy soft bed.

It would have been nice to have a chair near the desk on the wall to sit and plan.
