En general, bien, porque el hotel está a unos cuantos pasos de la plaza principal, pero el asunto es que ahí hacia mucho frío y el agua caliente tardaba mucho en llegar.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, lo único que me gustaría que agregaran es cafetera en el cuarto, porque solo lo venden en la recepción o que lo den de cortesía, ya que se antoja mucho al ser un lugar frío

El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo. Tuve un inconveniente, pero me resolvieron muy amables. Yo creo que si vuelvo a Chignahuapan, buscaré el mismo hotel.
