Hola, comparto mi opinión personal, dentro de su categoría, el Hotel Los Portales Chignahuapan, es un buen hotel para hospedarse, su concepto es bonito y agradable, sus instalaciones son cómodas y muy limpias, y el precio es bastante accesible.

Las instalaciones son excelentes, limpias. La ubicación del hotel inmejorable

Hotel cómodo, a una cuadra del zócalo, las camas cómodas, se percibe mucho el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas en la habitación

Confortable y Agradable

Al llegar me llevé la gran sorpresa que el costo de la habitación es de $1000 pesos por noche, pero como reservé con Expedia me cobraron $1600. Verdaderamente deja un muy mal sabor y nominvita a volver a reservar con Expedia!

The morning shif front desk woman was rude and unfriendly when we asked if we could ch in a little earlier (we arrived earlier with our small dog). When it was time for check out we were on our way to front desk to return the key, she was walking our way and she said to hand her the keys right there and then, we did. Not a “ Thank you, hope you enjoyed your stay” “We hope to see you again” Because of her we won’t be staying in our next trips in Los portales Hotel. Owners be aware of who you are hiring to represent your Hotel.
