Go2oporto - Fontainhas Apartments

Someone from the company was there on time to hand over keys and also gave some tips about the city. The apartment was quite big, very clean and located in walking distance to many restaurants and sites to visit. There's a cosy terrace accessible from the starway.

The living room faces a very busy road and if the bedsofa there is used, it might get a bit loud already in the early morning, even with the windows closed. One of the bedrooms was equipped with a bedsofa instead of a proper bed, which we thought was a bit unfortunate, because it's not as comfortable.

Street was too noisy and no breakfast was provided.

The lighting in the entire unit was substandard and in the restroom actually useless. The lack of A/C would not have been a problem if the traffic on the road had not been so high. We do not understand what was meant by a reference to a “city view “ in the description on Bookings.com, there was clearly no such view.

Great location, spacious flat, great info from the host, included parking which was huge for us.

On a main street and there was no fans or a/c. Had to have the windows opened and even so very hot.

Location, design, spacious and bright. Dedicated partking slot in the internal yard. The host welcomed us after short notice before our arrival and gave us great recommendations for the restaurants, sightseeing and any other entertainments near the apartment, by the river or in the historical center of the city, including paper map of the city. Comfortable beds, kitchen and bathroom.

There is no air-conditioning in the apartment, and if the weather is warm, the apartment need some additional cooling option in addition to the provided fans.

The apartment is super well located but you have to read carefully the amenities Pros: 5 min from everywhere well located parking ( almost impossible to park on the street) The owner is super nice and give you all the tips to enjoy the city wash machine Cons: No air conditioning ( really hot inside and impossible to open the window due the noise on the street) the apartment upstairs makes a lot of noise, walking hard bad light bad bed really fluffy I would not stay again, the price is the same compared to a nice hotel but overall, it was ok

Location was excellent. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Has parking, which is amazing for this central location. Very big apartment, plenty of living and storage space.

Very ill equipped: only 2 wine glasses; only 3 coffee mugs (one broken, shouldn't have been there), 2 knifes that are very dull, no coffee machine, towels had holes in all of them. All these small details let the property down big time. Three of us couldn't even drink famous Portuguese wine out of proper glasses. Some of the furniture and deco is really dated and not looked after. Shower was very high, uncomfortable for the kids. It should not be fixed, should be on a sliding rail, so the height is adjustable to suit all guests. Very noisy (traffic) - but OK stay for a couple of nights.

Très bel appartement bien situé. Excellente literie. La cuisine pourrait être mieux équipée ( pas de saladier) et on aurait apprécié la mise en disposition de denrées de base telles que sel, poivre, huile et vinaigre. Le frigo n’était pas très propre et il n’y a pas de tri pour les poubelles.

have to be careful to enter the garage especially during traffic since the entrance is extremely small with limited space to do left turn to get in. some of the plates and cups are broken. Shower head was loosed so the pressure of the shower is unstable and small .
