Go2oporto - Fontainhas Apartments

A modern and spacious apartment in the heart of historic porto with a private carpark. All well equipped to be a comfortable stay. The staff was super helpful when I had any questions about check in.

There was nothing to not like about this stay, it was perfect.

Großzügiges Appartement. Zwar an der Hauptstraße aber zentral gelegen. Vom Straßenlärm bekommt man nicht viel mit, da die Schlafzi nach hinten liegen. Persönliche Übergabe mit Tipps für Restaurants und Sightseeing. Einziges Mango: Küche dürftig ausgestattet. Wenn das Appartement für 6 Personen ausgelegt ist, kann man erwarten, dass auch Gläser, Tassen etc. in dem Umfang vorhanden sind. Da könnte der Vermieter noch nachrüsten. Ansonsten wirklich in Ordnung und nett eingerichtet.

This place is great! And parking space is so nice. If I have another chance to visit Porto, I will stay here again. Highly recommend.

+ves Host was waiting for us and showed us on map the local attractions near apartment. Location of apartment-within walking distance to restaurants, hypermart and local attractions. Size of apartment is big-has enough cupboard space for 6 persons. Bedrooms are located in back of building so noise from traffic is cut out. Windows in front are double glazed and there are wooden panels to cut off the noise from the road which is a thoroughfare during peak hour Washing machine n dishwasher located in kitchen so sound is contained in kitchen and does not travel to bedrooms. 2 of our group extended for another 2 days and host arranged for them to move to a smaller unit on same morning as checkout so they could move luggage to smaller unit earlier.

Areas for improvement 1 bathroom is manageable for 4 persons but will be inconvenient for 6 persons. Perhaps some cupboard space could be converted to another bathroom/ toilet. Chef knife should be provided as only 1 bread knife and a paring knife was available. Good if a recycable bin could be provided in kitchen as well.

The gentleman who met us was very informative and gave us some good ideas of what to do in the city.

Accueil sympathique et la personne était à l’heure Pour la remise des clefs . Parking pratique si vous venez en voiture. Tout peut être fait à pieds depuis l’appartement.
