Siamo stati bene accolti e aiutati anche nella ricerca di un taxi all’arrivo. Il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare un ventilatore in ogni stanza, la qual cosa è stata essenziale nell’attuale ondata di calore. L’appartamento è bello, silenzioso, ben arredato anche nei dettagli e molto comodo. Inoltre la posizione è ottima per raggiungere qualsiasi posto del centro in pochi minuti.

L’unico elemento negativo non riguarda nè la struttura nè tanto meno il proprietario. I problemi iniziali di comunicazione che hanno creato disagio e ansia sono stati provocati dalla mancata notifica al proprietario da parte di Booking delle mie due email che ovviamente erano state inviate (tramite Booking ) allo scopo di prendere accordi. Non era mai successo prima.

"Casa spaziosa in ottima posizione"

La casa è situata in un edificio storico ben curato. Casa molto spaziosa con due camere, adatta a quattro persone, sebbene fossimo solo in due a pernottarci. La dotazione della cucina e del resto della casa è adeguata. Da segnalare la presenza di un piccolo terrazzino con delle sedie e vista molto bella dall'alto. Non ne abbiamo usufruito durante la nostra permanenza in quanto era troppo freddo ma magari con temperature più miti può essere sfruttato. La comoda wifi funziona molto bene.

Il televisore, presente solo in cucina, è un po' troppo piccolo e scomodo rispetto al divano. Sarebbe utile inoltre averlo anche in camera. La wifi non raggiunge tutte le stanze, in particolare non arriva nella camera principale, la più distante. Sarebbe utile la dotazione di un forno a microonde.
