Perfect location in the heart of town. Very good accommodation with enough room for 4 people. Great view from upstairs balcony.

The beds could have better mattresses, the single beds need replacing as they felt like a fold up bed.

Everything. Terrace with beautiful view. Juices, milk and biscuits were a warm welcome. Quiet ambiente. Easy reach from bus stop from the station.

Nothing. No shampoo and short stock of toilet paper.

We loved this property! The hosts were so nice. It’s centrally located and close to everything you want to visit.

We really liked this place. If I had to leave a negative comment, it’s just that there is no air conditioning and (although it’s no problem to sleep with the windows open) the nearby restaurant is very busy until about 11:30 pm. I would still recommend it if visiting Spoleto.

Fantastically appointed apartment right in the historical centre of Spoleto. It had everything you needed to have a comfortable stay. The layout was great with three separate bedrooms and a dining room/kitchen. The furniture included some lovely vintage pieces. The owner was really helpful and I understand the property has been in their family for 500 years.

Nothing really it was all great. Maybe a drying rack for clothes would be useful.

On arrival at the property I was met by the proprietor, Signor Maurizio. He let me in, showed me around and gave me all the necessary information. He was extremely welcoming, kind and helpful.

Nothing about the property. Travellers should be aware however, that it is located quite high up in the town and I wouldn't recommend walking there from the station with a suitcase ( at least 30 minutes + lots of steps).
