"An oasis in a part of Goa not by the coast ."

Large size clean room with AC and all the usual facilities in good working order. Fresh bottles of water each day , tea bags as many as we needed supplied when we wanted more. Our room on the 5th floor allowed us to watch the people go by on the main road without any traffic noise. They kindly moved us to a room on the opposite side during the Ganesh Festival period as the processions with loudspeakers carried on at 2 am. Room quiet on the other side even with the festivities on the. Staff very helpful indeed. Dan ensured all our little requests were catered for and gave helpful advice about local facilities as well.

Parking could be better There is parking right in front which is usually occupied by people unconnected to the hotel . There is a large area for parking at the back —- the earth needed to be made even —- holes to be filled with earth. That said I was always able to park in the area by reception.
