"Room was ok however receptionist was very rude and no communication skills with poor understanding."

They have cheated us by giving broken bathroom noob which we have not checked as we have never experienced anything like this earlier and asked ascto 1700 for door noob...just because we have not checked the room before taking hand over .....

"Good transit point to GOX"

We stayed for 1 night with an early morning start to the GOX. Airport transfer was arranged through the hotel.

The shower had no curtain although there were curtain rings and rod. Due to this the whole toilet got wet Check-in could be improved. We wanted to have dinner in the on-site restaurant. There was no staff around to attend. So we left.
