We stayed here for 3 nights with our kids and overall it served its purpose as a family base for exploring the area. The pool was a hit and the kids loved the amenities. Especially the s'mores kit they provide. There's enough space and activities to keep little ones entertained after long days in the park. That said, a few things left us wanting more. The front desk staff wasn't particularly warm or welcoming, which set an underwhelming tone on arrival. Housekeeping was inconsistent and our coffee wasn't restocked during our stay. Unlike most hotels where pool towels are readily available poolside, here you have to make a separate trip to the front desk to grab them. It is a small but noticeable inconvenience. The property also has a musty smell throughout, which we suspect is just the age of the building, but it's noticeable and worth knowing going in. If you're traveling with kids and just need a comfortable, activity-friendly home base, it works. Just don't expect resort-level service.

USUSThis place is an oasis. After touring Yellowstone and Grand Teton, it was so nice coming back to the fire pits, hot tubs, and the saloon. They offered free s'mores kits, coffee, and hot chocolate in the lobby. They have an on-site breakfast restaurant that was wonderful. They have a saloon : ) and a burger place too! A bunch of stores and restaurants are within walking distance if you want variety. The staff at the hotel were so nice. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Jackson, WY.

AUUSI liked the locations, the openness of the grounds and all of the activities.
I would have liked a place to buy snacks, fruit. I think more staff was needed in the saloon. Grounds needed a little clean up, the gardens were full of weeds.
