Check in wasn't ready at 4. The staff was rude. The air conditioner rattled all night, very nosey. TV didn't work, needed new batteries.

The manager at front has terrible attitude and he made two charges I did not make 79 and 38 dollar charges
USUSA very modern, fresh hotel, with extremely appealing design and new furniture. I liked the in-room kettle and variety of drinks - coffee, tea etc. The bathroom is big and new.
Pillows are absolutely uncomfortable - huge and not soft, we had to sleep without them

CZUSThe front desk check in staff super duper nice!!! All the amenties cowboy bar hamburger shack breakfast burritos best we’ve ever had the spaciousness of the rooms coffee tea and hot chocolate! Parking great our 24’ Sprinter van fit and safe! The bed!!! did I say the bed!!! comfiest best pillows ever! Coming back here at Christmas to SKI!!! Excited to find this gem of gem!!
