The room is extremely comfortable and the food was great. Location to the VIC Falls in 15 min away so that was perfect

Please do one thing Mabano, your water isn’t acceptable for drinking. We saw other people also asking to buy bottled water from you. Your hotel would be perfect if you just supplied unlimited bottled drinking water (or at least 4 a day to drink and two for brushing your teeth). Not the filtered water you provide us, as it tastes bad. Having to buy $3US bottles of small water to drink and brush your teeth isn’t in line with everything else at the hotel. I would be confident most non African people staying at your hotel would not be happy drinking the filtered water you provide. The shower / bath water smelt (a quick good search tells you why) and this is not a hotel issue. But what water you give us to drink is.

Staff couldn’t do enough. All extremely kind and helpful

Feels like an average 4* hotel rather than the 5* it purports to be. Food average. Probably brilliant if you are a single traveler as they charge per person rather than for the room. £250 is an acceptable price whereas £500 is expensive for what you are getting here.
