Mbano Manor Hotel Victoria Falls

The hotel is nice, beautiful, and clean. All staffs are very kind to us. The restaurant's service is pretty good. And they provide many activities for the guests.

The internet is quite slow.

Turned out to be above expectations. Very friendly staff, spacious rooms with good furniture, nice restaurant with delicious meals. I really liked it!

Mbano is truly an exceptional hidden gem hidden in a forest. Very eco friendly and everything was well thought to meet the high standards. Staff were super attentive the owner was very gracious and kind, she was always around for a chat. I had missed my flight but they made it a point to make my partner feel at home, by the time I got there the next day he had adapted and he was super chaffed that staff gave him all the love. This was truly a humbling experience and I’m truly grateful. Mbano see you soon thank you so much for your hospitality

I can’t fault anything , I have discussed with the owner for additional bits but I liked everything and it would be crazy to complain. We were looked after very well, the place was clean and high standard trained staff

A beautifully designed property with amazing staff, service and vibe. I traveled as a solo female adventurist and could not have felt more comfortable and safe here. The staff was very helpful, kind and patient in planning my tours and excursions. My ID was unknowingly left behind in a cushion. They found it and helped me to get it back with more ease than my resident country could through DHL. This is where we stay if we return to Victoria Falls!

the breakfast was very good. The room was spacious, the bathroom had separate sinks, the shower area was very good, and there was a nice area to sit in a living room type area. Outside there was an ample covered patio with a set of chairs and table. The grounds were very attractive and like a forest. All the facilities for dining, sitting areas, office were attractive. Nice pool. Staff was very frienfly

There is no mat outside the shower to step on. The floor is slippery when your feet are wet leaving the shower. Internet is limited and the location is too far to walk to city center.

Jabulani was very nice and hospitable

The hotel has a great ambiance and stylish contemporary Africa interior design. We appreciated the sink in the room so we could refill the kettle and clean baby bottles without going to the bathroom. The nature outside the room created a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and provided service with a smile.

The location is not as close to other attractions and activities in the Victoria Falls area as we hoped. And the route there is not so inspiring - however, it’s easy to forget the location once you are inside. The hotel seemed understaffed, so although service was delivered with a smile it was clear that they could do with a few more hands on deck. The food we had was not hot and came later than promised. There was no system (e.g., fan or mozzie candle) and to deter flies from landing on the buffet continental breakfast.
