They provide bicycles free of charge to be used for guests. Location is quite (not too many cars or people).

Firstly, I felt unwelcome from the moment I arrived. The staff at breakfast appeared generally annoyed, with no smiles or friendly small talk. In a small, family-run hotel like this, there was virtually no interaction with the staff. The room itself was another issue. It was uncomfortably hot, as the air conditioning only operates when you’re in the room, requiring the key for power. This means you’re faced with a difficult choice: sleep with a loud A/C blowing directly on you, or endure an uncomfortably warm room. The breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was poor, and when I asked for a second cup of coffee (the first being quite weak), the staff’s displeasure was evident. As someone who enjoys two cups in the morning, this left a sour taste. Additionally, the soundproofing was inadequate. Early in the morning, I could hear other families, including a particularly noisy one nearby, which disrupted my sleep. To be honest, while I wish the hotel success, my experience was far from enjoyable, and I cannot in good conscience recommend it to others. I would suggest spending a bit more money to enjoy a more pleasant stay elsewhere. Peace.

The image on the site of the pool, was a spa/jacuzzi pool and that was not the pool available. My youngest daughter still enjoyed the large paddling type pool, deep enough for underwater handstands. The air conditioning worked in our room, but did not maintain a cool temperature in our room sadly and we were extremely hot in the night time.

The room was convenient for a night for a family with two kids - 9 and 14. A clean and air conditioned room, a decent breakfast. Located 10-15 minutes walk from the beach, the pedestrian zone and the restaurants which make it a quiet place in the very crowded San Vito in July (yet you must spend some time in San Vito since it is one of the most gorgeous beaches in Sicily). The lady owner was very polite and cooperative.

Room 1 is below the breakfast room and therefor from 7.30 in the morning a lot of noise. No cups/glasses or possibility of making tea or coffee in the room. The «pool» in the garden is a only a large bathtub.

We loved everything about it. I was clean, well maintained.
