Noise from above and rumble

The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Quiet location. Big and clean room. Large terrace with beautiful garden. Good Mediterranean style breakfast. The host was very responsive. Paid parking nearby. Not so far from the beach and restaurants. Overall a great stay.

Poor WiFi signal on the terrace.

Very clean, modern and comfortable room with a large terrace and great breakfast included. The staff was really nice and very responsive. They've offered us a free shuttle bus to the beach before our check-in time and we could leave our luggage at the reception.

Owner was very fiendly..He offer bikes but we were with 2 and 5 years old kids, so we decide to walk..

I don't really eat bred,so in the breakfast was hard to find something :))

Breakfast was amazing and so was the personnel - really helpful and proactive.

Wifi wasnt working properly in our room, compared to common places or near reception.

Very clean and convenient place to stay in San Vito with beautiful almost unspoiled view of Monte Monaco.

Samira was our most favourite hotel during our three-week Sicily tour. The room was very spacious and clean, and we even had access to the hotel's private garden and our own terrace. Our host Gaspare was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and other things to see. The breakfast buffet was terrific, and the provided selection of sweet things (for example great croissants) and non-sweet things (e.g. pizza or bread with cheese and anchovies) was amazing. We would immediately go back there!

short walk from the beach. Gaspare and all the staff were fabulous hosts - making sure we had parking and a packed breakfast to take when we left early one morning, and very thoughtful recommendations for dinner on my birthday. very comfortable rooms. we didn’t use the garden but it looked nice.

nothing! it’s actually quite nice it’s a short walk from the busy part of town.
