Lovely big room with great views. Breakfast was very good, and staff very friendly and helpful

expensive for small old rooms , about 6am could hear the staff in kitchen chatting as our window was open .

Great traditional good old country inn, the food was excellent, the staff were wonderful, the location is just worth the visit in itself. The view over the river from the room in early morning stunning. I highly recommend it.

Great hotel! The staff were excellent and the room was comfy and clean. The location is lovely and a very convenient walk to the train station. Breakfast was delicious! A great stay overall.

The food was quite good as you would expect in a good pub. Sadly the “seared” calves liver and bacon wasn’t. It was cooked liked lambs liver with thick gloopy gravy. Good food spoiled Breakfast was average
