"We had a great weekend visiting family and will definitely stay at Ye Old White Harte Hotel again"

The room was very comfortable and clean with tea and coffee facilities in the room. The staff were very welcoming .Clare, Abby and Chelsea were especially efficient and pleasant.

The only comment I have is that access to the 3rd floor is very steep and may be a problem for some guests.

Fabulous old hotel overlooking the estuary.Rooms were very clean with tea and coffee facilities. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.Claire Abby and Chelsea were so efficient and pleasant.

Nothing. One comment - Access to the 3rd floor may be challenging for some guests as the stairs are very steep

Here for a family birthday nearby and stayed Saturday to Bank holiday Monday. Claire, Abbie, Chelsea and all staff were amazing! Thank you We had a number of rooms, some with shared bathroom and some ensuite and all happy. Food also excellent. Breakfast and an excellent Sunday Roast in the evening! Will definitely be back :)

Ask to avoid the top floor if difficulty with stairs as these are steep.

It is a lovely old building in a great location. But what made the stay so enjoyable for me was the staff. They were professional, friendly and so helpful. They were the best hotel staff I think I have encountered in decades. I would have no hesitation staying at this hotel again - oh I almost forgot, the food was superb. I would recommend the grilled plaice.

"Really lovely hotel run by lovely people."

We booked last minute realising a wedding was further away than we thought and were so glad we ended up at Ye Olde White Harte Hotel. There's a lovely pub downstairs, with many rooms upstairs. We had the shared bathroom facilities option and didn't encounter any problems at all. The hotel is also right on the waterfront meaning you have an exceptional view whenever you leave/ come back to the hotel. Breakfast was included and it was lovely. We spoke to a member of staff who said it had been in her family for 65 years and we hope it goes for at least another 65.

We were happy with everything.
