"Hygiene was terrible"

Every worked in the apartment

The door code to get to into the apartment door took 10 minutes to open and the code pad was not responding. The kettle was very sticky. The fridge had hair in it. The bathroom also had poo on the back wall! I would not really make a issue about this about the terms and conditions states we have to make sure the apartment is clean before we leave as it would be taken out of my deposit. Yet the hygiene level was really bad

Great location. Nice and clean. Shower was either too hot or too cold which was disappointing. Could do with a long mirror installing

It was clean & tidy. Good location between south and central.pier. had a chinese & shop at the end of the street. Will definitely stay again

Nice and roomy and close to seafront. The power shower was playing up and after brief conversation it was fixed while we were out, the staff really looked out for us
