"Ant Central"

Ants in the property and they blamed me for leaving the pizza box on worktop, box was closed my 8yr old said she saw ants I opened the box it was crawling. They wouldn't relocate us said nothing available but I checked on booking.com and there was. They never deep cleaned property till Sunday even though it was crawling with ants. We had to find alternative accommodation. The shower is a health hazard no cubicle just a walk in shower that runs water all over the floor. Did not refund for the night we didn't stay, so I put in a claim with my bank. Wouldn't go to another of their properties again. WiFi is crap but this is in their terms, but when you pay more for comfort then that luxury should be one, tv in livingroom no signal again blamed weather. Nothing was ever their fault!!!
