Convenient location, and responsive/prompt replies towards our requests/questions.

We stayed in EMA apartments several times now. If we don't like the place, we won't come back. Hence we would like to mention a couple of minor details. Wash basin's drainage needs to be looked at as water flow is slow. Kitchen's utility knives need to be sharpened as they are rather blunt. Hand towels rails in our unit need to be tightened. EMA may need to perhaps talk to local council about the public garbage bin placed in Florastrasse between No. 26 and No. 28 - it smells and it is not pleasant to walk pass this everyday.

Zum Pfingst Wochenende war eine sehr lautstarke Familie im Nebenhaus (26 oder 30) auf Urlaub! Lärm bis gegen 1:00h nach Mitternacht! Entspricht nicht den naechtl. Ruhezeiten!
