Loved the water park!! Could be better parking we had to squeeze in and out every-time!!! Also a tv didn’t work nor dice our ice maker work!!

"Fridge does not work!"

The house has a nice set up.

The fridge did not work our entire stay. I contacted the company and they said they would put a work order in. After 4 days of calling they finally gave us a mini fridge for a family trip. Not okay. I’m not sure how they couldn’t get a company out to look at the fridge. My first trip to Walmart was $350 and all my food went bad. I haven’t heard from management about maybe fixing it for the next person or helping us with our groceries.

We were so excited to book a house with the pool to celebrate my daughter gymnastic competition. Upon arrival the pool was freezing. No where to be found that we need to call and pay $35 a night to have the pool heat up. I pay over $100 to have the pool heated for 3 days and the pool never got warm, they did not send anyone. We were so so so upset because we book this as my daughter love the fact we will have a pool inside. And by the way the facility close the main pool at 6.
