Residence Inn by Marriott Indianapolis Keystone

The breakfast was amazing! The kids loved the pool and the set up of the quite was perfect for a small family to hang out and sleep.

This property is shared staff and location with Springhill Suites. The SpringHill guests are directed to the Residence lobby for check-in. Our room was not apportioned with the necessary number of towels, linens or bedding for the number of guests on our reservation. Three calls over 3 1/2 hours to finally receive the needed towels and linens. This was a weekend, and the hotel was not anywhere near capacity. The attention to the cleanliness and tired linens is not what I expect from the Marriott brand. Very disappointing. The breakfast of heat and eats from the microwave quickly found their way to the trash. The coffee from the plastic picture from the kitchen said it all. Not on our list of recommendations for the area. Disappointing.

We had terrible tenants above us - it seemed like a large family or group with many teenagers. The loudness, jumping, and slamming sounds went until 3am. We called a few times to the front desk and nothing happened, there was no follow up, etc. Our HVAC unit was inoperable upon arrival. They may have added batteries as the thing was obviously dead on arrival but kept wanting to come back to do more work. Seems like an obvious fix/catch before a room is “ready”. Staff felt like it was going through the motions on all accounts. One of our worst stays in a long time.
