The staff-particularly the manager was excellent.

I was extremely disappointed that I was not compensated for the room that I booked that was supposed to have 2 beds. The room only had one bed and someone in my party had to sleep on a couch because the hotel was full. It’s not what I expect from Marriott.

Location. Like room set-up at Residence Inn. Like kitchen --- but did not matter for this trip.

Got an extra fold out bed, but there were no linens for it in the room. Had to go downstairs to get them. Kuerig did not work. Was not a big deal this tri --- just went downstairs and got coffee, but typically have a cup in the room.

On the positive side, the hotel felt new and the room was clean. Front desk staff was very friendly. However, this was a noisy hotel. Lots of noise from other guests - not that the guests were noisy, but doors, showers, toilets, etc. in other rooms were all very intrusive. A fair share of traffic noise too. None of it would have been an issue if the heating/cooling system in the room would let you set it so that the fan was always on. But this was one of those that only runs when either the heater or the AC is running, and otherwise the fan stays off. They saved a few pennies on a cheaper thermostat, but turned this from a nice hotel into one to avoid. Breakfast selection was fine, for a hotel of this type, but because weekday breakfast ends at a surprisingly early 9:00, the breakfast area was mobbed at 9, and there was not a drop of coffee to be found.

The suite was tremendous. If you are handicapped, the door widths are 36 inches with a dive into shower, shoer seat and ample turning room. For the price, i had a great suite with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher including detergent, kuerig coffee maker, toaster. Plenty of seating with a pull out sofa bed. Door between the main bedroom and living area. Great size, very comfortabe. I will definistay again. Breakfast bar was excellent with a nice set-up.

It was great, very clean

We were in the city for a funeral and needed an easy way to move around. The location was perfect. Close to the outer loop, but also had easy access to the main streets. The room itself was far more than I expected! It was truly like a small apartment. Everything was spotless, the bed and pillows very comfy! The kitchen, sitting area, and shower were such a bonus! Don't know that we will be back in Indianapolis, but I will definitely be on the hunt for this chain again!

We were a bit disappointed there was no fresh brewed coffee in the evening. The room did have a Kureg with pods.
