The staff were very friendly and hardworking, and we appreciated being given a modern room with free full board. However, the experience didn’t match what I expected from the photos and reviews. The building is quite old, with long corridors and bright fluorescent lighting that give it a bit of a “Soviet hospital” feel rather than a modern resort. Most guests were elderly people. The food was typical all-inclusive buffet style — the pasta was tasty, though the restaurant ambiance could be improved, with some areas smelling unpleasant. While I can see the hotel is doing their best, the hotel’s online photos and especially its very high rating felt misleading. After reading so many overly positive 10/10 reviews, I honestly wonder if some might be fake. It’s not a terrible place, but definitely not what the pictures and reviews suggest.

We stayed at the hotel for a week and what an amazing and very welcoming experience we had. From the cleaners to the bar/catering staff to the entertainment, everyone was always so lovely. Thank you to Teresa who cleaned our room everyday and always greeted us with a smile and good morning. The entertainment team who made everyone feel welcome every day during pool hours and during the night, despite the long hours and days that they work. Elif who did not speak English fluently but still made an effort to speak with us on multiple occasions during our stay, she also tried to include us in the activities even though we didn’t speak Italian or French which were the main languages spoken across the resort. We still had a great time participating in what we could. We would like to say a very special thank you to Carmen, thank you for spending time with us and again making us feel so welcome. We especially loved the aqua gym and the yoga that Carmen runs twice everyday, we always had lots of fun doing it and appreciated how she motivated everyone to join in. Carmen also does dancing lessons which we enjoyed watching! Overall we had such a great time and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone planning to visit. Accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Magnifique plage et parc. Les piscines sont très agréables avec une piscine thermale en accès libre. La navette pour l’accès à la plage privée très agréable, les transats sont en accès libre sur une plage nichée dans la nature

The hotel was overall fine, with clean rooms and good service. We especially enjoyed the excellent food – great variety and quality. One major downside is that the beach bar is not included in the all-inclusive package, so you have to pay for drinks there. Another issue is the shuttle train to the beach, which runs only every 30 minutes – the long wait is inconvenient. English communication was difficult as most of the staff spoke only Italian, and the majority of guests were local Italians.

Soggiorno molto piacevole la camera e il bagno spaziosi curati e pulitissimi. Lo staff è stato sempre gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta Colazione ricca posizione ottima immerso nel verde molto rilassante con una meravigliosa piscina e una splendida spiaggia privata attrezzata con shuttle gratuito .Wi-Fi veloce intrattenimenti e …vogliamo parlare del mojito siciliano Ci torneremo sicuramente Consigliatissimo

È stata un bellissima esperienza. Consiglio a tutti di trascorrere le proprie vacanze presso l'hotel Alicudi. Eccellente in tutti i suoi servizi, dall' accoglienza al check in, alle informazioni molto dettagliate fornite da Rosy guest experiece che con la sua professionalità e gentilezza ha risposto a tutti i nostri dubbi essendo molto preparata nella gestione dell' ospite, all'animazione per grandi e piccoli (Mini club) gestita da Accursio e da Elif, al cibo molto abbondante ma soprattutto buono al ristorante servito da camerieri disponibili a soddisfare tutte le nostre esigenze in particolare Davide, Walter, Michela e Marco. Grazie all'angolo pranzo beby la mia piccola ha mangiato molto bene variando dal passato di verdure agli omogenizzati, alla crema di riso... eccellente anche la pulizia delle camere molto spaziose e illuminate con un terrazzino dove potersi rilassare serenamente. Le piscine molto pulite e curare... spettacolare la piscina con l'acqua termale. Il trenino ci ha accompagnati in spiaggia, l'autista Mario anche lui molto cordiale. Dopo questa esperienza molto positiva per me e la mia famiglia spero con tutto il cuore di ritornare 💪🏻

Fine settimana trascorso all' alicudi...struttura molto accogliente e confortevole in tutti i punti di vista.Alla reception personale molto accogliente,Animazione molto divertente ragazzi meravigliosi il capo animazione Davide il top e poi carmen,edoardo(ti fanno sentire a casa🥹); i miei bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo al miniclub cn elif e accursio.Il ristorante a buffet con vasta scelta di cibo dagli antipasti al dolce,ragazzi disponibili Davide,marco,lilla,michela.Rosy guest experience ragazza meravigliosa disponibile per qualsiasi cosa,solare...la comodità del trenino(mario) per scendere in spiaggia,i ragazzi del bar molto cordiali!!Struttura consigliata per trascorrere dei giorni di relax e puro divertimento.
