Ricevimento gentile e accogliente. Cibo ottimo in qualità e quantità. Tutto il personale disponibile e molto gentile, tra cui i ragazzi in sala e al bar. Camere pulite, gentilissime le signore dei piani. Esperienza da ripetere.

Servizi, ristorazione,bar, reception uno staff eccellente

Abbiamo avuto il piacere e la gioia di soggiornare al “MClub Alicudi” un posto meraviglioso. Hotel incastonato nella rigogliosa ed incontaminata natura di Sciaccamare, con una splendida piscina collocata nel verde. La nostra camera era bellissima con uno spazioso bagno. I pasti squisiti: genuinità, varietà e qualità da ristorante 5 stelle. Il personale preparato, efficientissimo e gentile. Una nota di merito al responsabile del servizio ristorazione ed a Walter e a tutti i loro colleghi e colleghe. Bravi tutti gli animatori Un sentito ringraziamento al gentilissimo personale di camera. Ci scusiamo per chi non abbiamo nominato, ma tutti sono stati veramente eccezionali! E' stata davvero bella vacanza

Immersa nel verde e confortevole

Soggiorno eccellente! La struttura è molto pulita e ben tenuta. Il personale è impeccabile: sempre disponibile, cordiale e professionale. Il cibo è stato ottimo in ogni momento della giornata, dalla colazione alla cena. Posizione strategica, a due passi da tutto, esperienza assolutamente positiva, consigliatissima!

All of the staff at the hotel were fantastic - from the reception team, bar staff, lifeguards, beach staff and lastly the restaurant team. The room (suite) had 2 bedrooms, was exceptionally large and thoroughly clean. Food was ok. It’s all buffet style in the main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So can be a little repetitive, albeit was ok quality.

A few things to mention …. 1. The hotel itself is the poorer cousin to the Mangia down the road - which has clearly had all the investment recently. The hotel looks like a 1960s hospital / institution, more like something out of ‘stranger things’. Its corridors and campus are huge and haven’t been upgraded like the rooms/bathrooms. 2. Swimming Pool. It shuts for lunch (12:30-15:30) which was not on booking.com when we booked but were told on arrival. Be warned. This leads to (3) 3. Unless you are all inclusive you have to pay for lunch and drinks. Not unexpected, but there are no other options (unless you have a car and leave). Prices for lunch were €30 a head ! And wine if brought separately by the bottle were a min of €30. It all felt like you were being forced to stay and buy unless you left, and at higher prices. We are in Sciacca for lunch by the sea as a family of 4 for under €100 with starters, mains, ice creams, drinks and wine !
