A little dated. Accommodates 7 people but only comfortable seating for 4.

A great location near the town and not far to a lovely park. It was very quiet in the bedrooms. Spacious bedrooms and great to have a bit of outdoor space. Good bathrooms and all very comfortable.

When we first arrived we found it difficult to find parking, but found some spaces on side streets the following day. I'd personally love a dishwasher 😄.

I liked that it was in Wellington and dog friendly. The e closed garden a huge plus. We slept well both nights as the beds are comfy. Hairdryers and TVs a plenty. Fairly good provision in the kitchen of the essentials.

The fact that its run down and the cleanliness just wasn't to a good standard. I had to clean the downstairs loo on arrival and grease was dripping from the fan above a gas hob, which I also had to clean. The carpets weren't really clean. There was splashes of food on the kitchen cupboards and utensils that were dirty. I borrowed towels from family that we were seeing, as the towels provided were so old and the bedding was odd. I would have said it was good value for money, but the fact that I had to clean certain areas before I used them let it down hugely.

The location was perfect.t and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, takeaways close by. Lovely traditional townhouse and the enclosed back garden makes it perfect if you have a dog. The host communicates promptly and answers any questions asked.

If being able to park easily is a priority for you then be prepared to have patience. Parking spaces are at a premium but that is the only hiccup.
