If the names do not match, you will be required to provide a photo of the cardholders valid ID, and proof of payment, such as a screenshot of the transaction showing our merchant name, payment amount and process dates (please corp or mark sensitive account information or other transactions) from your bank account or payment provider (not from the booking platform). If you are unable to provide a transaction screenshot, a photo of the card used to pay (showing only the last 4 digits and cardholder name) may be requested to confirm that you are authorized to use the card. Before your check in: Complete the check in form to help us prepare for your stay and make your arrival smooth. For self check in property, you can access the property through a Smary DoorLock-KeyNest Store nearby-lockbox. To make your check in as easy as possible, please inform us of your estimated arrival time, so we can ensure everything is ready for you. For guest screening and verification, we will kindly ask for a photo of your ID and a payment evidence. This is part of our easy and secure self check in process. To verify payment, a screenshot of the payment transaction from your bank or payment provider (not from the booking platform). If this cannot be provided, a phoyo of the card used to pay showing only the last 4 digitis and cardholder name may be required. "Clean, spacious & close to eateries."

Loved this place. Clean and spacious. The view both from the verandah and inside the lounge area with big windows was awesome. Close to trams, supermarkets, shops and eateries. The car park was close to the lifts. Great communication with the host.

"Great location, facilities and view"

The location is excellent, quiet but just a short tram ride to the action in the city. The view from the apartment is wonderful, beautiful outlook over the marina and docklands area.

It was a bit fiddly getting confirmation of my payment to the host company before checking in, but once we got that sorted it was fine. The TV had a fault which was annoying but didn't prevent watching it.

Second bedroom is just a nook which is fine for a couple but not a bigger group.

Awesome location. Beautiful views. Loved the pool. Tram stops right outside.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean. A lot of automated messages from the host offering us additional services for additional costs etc got a bit annoying. Mix up regarding late check in but they did end up sorting for us - was just very last minute and we were about to get on the plane not knowing if we could get into our accomodation when we arrived at 10pm.

The views are magnificent just like the photos.

Key pick should be on-site. The person at the front desk should be more helpful rather than no help at all. When I arrived there was a young gentleman who didn't know anything about keys etc. I received many emails re the property prior to my arrival but none had the level or apartment number. I rang and received this info. Then another email arrived with this information.

"Overall for short stay is exceptional"

The view is nice.

Second bedroom is hardly can call as a bedroom, no door, no windows, I would compare that room as a wardrobe area not a bedroom.
