lovely old properly with modern facilities. Friendly helpful owner/staff. Located in the heart of beautiful Siena. Bus stop to train/bus station 4 minutes walk away. Taxi from train station only 10 euros. Views from roof top terrace fabulous. The perfect mid range base in this stunning city.

We loved the location and the views of the terrace. Staff was communicative and helpful. It has a nice hostel feeling. Recommend and would definitely go back. Great value.

Nothing too bad, but if being picky, it gets a bit noisy in the evening but it was expected and as per description. The floor was a bit dusty. The curtain in the shared bathroom was a bit annoying. One of the mattresses was fine and the other a bit soft.
