Posizione ottima per visitare la cittadina. Bellissima vista su Siena dalla terrazza dell'albergo. Lo staff gentilissimo ed accogliente

The location , the rooftop terrace , the cleanliness of the room and the easy checkin and friendliness of the staff ! Eugenie was welcoming and easy to contact too !

The Albergo is one of the oldest two accommodations in town, it radiates a nice old atmosphere. It has a terrace with an excellent view on the old town which allows you to enjoy the town in constantly changing light, from dawn till dusk. Upon seeing us, people passing by where jealous and asking how to get on the terrace, thinking it being public or belonging to a restaurant. What we very much appreciated was to enjoy our own food and drinks on the terrace. And Eugenia is a very helpful, hospitable host

The only thing was the bathroom which we had to share with guests from another room.

Den fantastiska terrassen är det vi kommer att minnas framför allt. Vi kände oss välkomna och tyckte om att dela det gemensamma utrymmet med de andra gästerna.

The location and the view from terrace and our family room was stunning! You can bring your own dinner to have it on the terrace looking to a sunset and enjoying Sienas masterpiece cathedral

The rooftop terrace is the main selling point of this hotel. Rooms were spacious. Staff was very friendly and responsive.

The bed is not very comfortable, but for a couple nights it’s fine. Some of the rooms have bathrooms outside of the room which makes it quite noisy overnight.

Fantastic view, helpful staff, and a great location in the heart of the old town.

Occasionally a foul smell with drift through the room . . . not sure whether it was from outside or not
