廁所內有個大蜘蛛網及大蜘蛛 給予的預約番號是錯的，預約人數亦錯了，故未能進行check in。與酒店人員視像聯絡時，亦經常被斷線，花了很長時間才完成check in手續。 其餘的設施都不錯

皆さんの口コミ通り駐車場は横幅は狭い。 しかしロケーションは102が1番最高 103.104はペットも同伴出来るので　連れてきたかったのだが　たまたまこちらの部屋になったが山中湖なので富士山が、リビングやバーベキューしながら、寝室からもジャグジーのお風呂からも見えるのが一番。 皆宿泊の度にバーベキューするからか　部屋に入ると匂いがかなりしました。少し床も油っぽいような気がするが　これは仕方ないですね。 清潔に管理はされていました。

All the sofas in the apartment were heavily stained. It was quite disgusting. We brought it to the attention of management and they did not respond. Would not recommend this property.
