Residence Salvan

People were lovely and location was great, handy having the restaurant downstairs to eat in and for takeaway. Sauna was wonderful after a day of skiing even with the additional cost

Kitchen is pretty tight one person at a time.

Apartment had great outlook and despite being on main road it was generally quiet with no traffic noise. Staff were helpful and rectified any problems. Cleaned and towels changed regularly. Convenient parking over the road. Wifi was generally good. Comfortable bed. Good base for climbing, walking and via ferrata for 10 days.

One night very loud music until 2 am making it impossible to sleep, even with ear plugs and putting shutters down. ( a warning would be good). Otherwise despite the dining area below, noise generally tolerable by 9-10 pm and closing windows provided adequate noise abatement. Some more cleaning supplies eg dishwashing liquid would be good.

The location was very well located in an amazing area. Allocated parking was good to have.

- Friendly staff - Clean - Decent sized rooms - Plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc

- Paying city tax at the end of our stay was weird. It's much more convenient when this is done at check in so staff doesn't have to track you down and you don't have to worry about it - no microwave

It was a hassle free stay.

A microwave oven and a kettle are missing.
