"Well located but limited assistance."

The hotel is well located in the centre of Kelkheim close to the supermarkets and railway station.

The reception was never staffed, check in was via a lock box and there was no face to face assistance on check in. This is the opposite of what is stated online. We were in a party who had booked a considerable number of rooms and it is disappointing the owners could not have provided a staff member to meet and greet. The bathroom was fairly new but the rest of the room, although clean, was dated with mismatched length curtains and foam falling out underneath the chair. The beds were comfortable and linen was fresh though.
