Rodeway Inn Kingsland - Lake LBJ

Front desk was friendly. But I did request something and even offered to tip him and he agreed to but didn’t do it .

Room was really dirty. Stuff on the back splash behind the sink bathroom was disgusting had pee on the toilet and a hair. The Tub looked like it hadn’t been actually cleaned in a long time. Grime on the walls by the door, and the baseboards are disgusting. I wiped the baseboards in the bathroom behind the toilet and it looked so much better. I am a professional cleaning business owner the only reason we stayed was we had no choice and the bed actually had an incasement so I felt better about my kids sleeping. I also went and bought cleaning supplies to clean areas like the toilet and places we touch. Main concern was there was no chain lock in the inside which is dangerous. We did a make shift lock from the inside

Property was clean, room was nice and updated.

Bed was very hard. Chose an accessible king with roll in shower. However there is no such room available. They don’t have accessible rooms at all and my wheelchair couldn’t go inside. Thankfully. I was able to get out of the chair and in the room with my husbands help. But my chair had to stay in the vehicle.

Nothing! It was disgusting

Stains on sheets, hair on all bedding on both beds, dirty baseboards, cobwebs in corners, dirty filthy doors, floors had not been mopped nor completely vacuumed. The bathtub was coated in a thick grimy dirt and streaks of nastiness on the shower walls and walls in the rest of the bathroom. On the kerrig, the tray for the coffee pod or pouch was nasty and had not been cleaned out. The full length mirror by the beds had fingerprints all over it from a kid and boogers that had been wiped down the mirror. The front lobby by the desk had cobwebs and dead bugs around it as well and had not been cleaned. The beds we're really c***** and not comfortable at all and the pillows, we're hard and felt real heavy as if they were really old and filled with dirt or something it had a funky smell. I would never stay here again and even canceled the second night that we were supposed to stay there and we found another hotel. I would not recommend rodeway inn anyone!

The property is not much to look at from yhe outside but the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay.

Always nice to stay when I’m in Kingsland

The staff was friendly, and I always like that when I'm in a strange place. The facility was good, everything was neat and clean and so putting the two of these together made for a nice stay at the Lake LBJ/Roadway Inn down in Kingsland, TX ! I shall return
