Man hört halt jedes Flugzeug, weil das Hotel Nähe des Airport liegt. Aber ich schlief auch schlecht, zuviele Ereignisse des Tages

The hotel location is very good in quite place surrounded by trees which attract many birds! Rooms are comfortable and clean!

Very few staff also being rude when you complain! It's so bad experience we had during our stay when we find one person is going to host group of us 16 pax, he works from Reception, Restaurants then kitchen too. Unbelievable how one person can work alone in two front office departments and 1 back office departments with only one assistant in Hotel with over 40 rooms 🙈 The management was so bad, our dinner delayed over half and hour when trying to complain the stuff become rude instead of treating us humble, and when food comes very few, not good. No concierge in 4 star hotel🤭!? As hotel has no lift or disability pathways only stairs everyone has to take his heavy luggage from ground to third floor, we such poor management, lack of some essential facilities we couldn't understand how this hotel got 4 star rankings! Our expectations were so high and we got too much disappointment by hospitality of people here!
