Great hostess! She gave us the check in information in detail and it was easy to find the place.

The shower in one of the rooms was a little too rustic for me, but clean :)

We enjoyed our stay in Clarens. It is an amazing little town with friendly people and the accommodation was exceptional. Thank you for the great service we received.

Beautiful accommodation, and all shops and restaurants can be reached by walking. I love the church bell ringing every hour - really set a nostalgic vibe.

It's not ideal accommodation when traveling with a baby. The floors are very squeaky, the town is noisy, and there's limited heating in the room.

278 is in town, you are able to walk everywhere. The room was cosy, warm and comfortable

We were in the two bedroom apartment. It was beautifully decorated and the location is very good. The apartment is self-catering and contains everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Prior to the stay the communication was good and the host was very accommodating. On the day of check in the communication was not so good. Per chance I found out the host was not well. The one bathroom’s dustbin was not empty and I found an old scab on the bathroom counter. The toilet was leaking. Some of the bedding did not smell clean. It was very cold and the mounted wall heaters in one of the rooms are all cracked. The wifi does not work, it is very weak and could not connect in the rooms at all. Cellphone signal is very poor as well so most of the evening we were unable to connect.
